We will practice Gurdjieff dances and other meditation techniques that help you dive deeper into your body while observing movement.
Sacred Dances are a device for becoming aware of automatic body postures through the adoption of unusual positions. When we begin to recognize when we assume body postures that create tension and learn to consciously relax our muscles, a deep sense of well-being can reappear. By integrating this practice into daily life, a deeper relaxation will occur in your body. This relaxation is the basis for physical health and spiritual expansion.

Shakti learned the technique of Sacred Dances from Lalla. Lalla is a Japanese woman who participated in the Sacred Dances group in Puna II.
Lalla has invented new Sacred Dances, in addition to studying Gurdjieff's dances.
Lalla and Shakti have been offering Sacred Dance classes since 2004 and have performed in various places, sometimes accompanied by live music.
